123 Challenge for May

I can't believe I got another challenge
in this month.
I so wanted to have a go at the
123 Challenge, green being my fave
colour made it a must.

I've used a very very very
old photo of myself and 2 of my younger
brothers and sisters.

Hope the quote passes as journalling
cause that's all I got.

Some gorgeous flowers and
doily from D-Lish Scraps.

One of my favourite

And a quote that I love.
Gary and Jord both say that the quote
makes no sense in relation to the page.

#whatevs

I think it's perfect.

Enjoy the last days of Autumn.

My White with 1

I've been trying to put this page up for
3 weeks.  It's such a struggle for me to photograph
white cardstock.
I try.

This is my entry for the  White With 1 May challenge, gold.

Am in love with this photo of 2
of my gorgeous babies.

I've used my Silhouette pens and lots of
Silhouette cuts on this page.

My Silhouette makes me happy ♥

These gorgeous gold stars are from
my favourite store D-Lish Scraps.

thanks for looking!

Molossi May Mood Board

This week I've been working
on a couple of challenges that I knew
I had to do.  They're so gorgeous.

The one I'm sharing tonight is the mood board from Molossi.

OMG this is gorgeous.
Added to this months list as a must do.

I'm so happy with the way
my page turned out.

I went a bit old school with one of my old Heidi Swapp
masks and some Distress Inks.

Added some gorgeous Inka Gold and
lots stamps.

 ♥

Those arrows above and the heart and star
below, MME metal embellishments.
Too gorgeous.  I need more.

I still have a couple more to share.
Hopefully I can get them up before
the end of the month.

Enjoy what's left of the week.

Colour my life

This page is my entry for
the Sassy Scrapper May Moodboard.

This board is so gorgeous.
My inspiration came from the
brushes of colour in the bottom middle
picture and the brushstroke quote.

I have used Prima Bloom sprays and Lindys Stamp Gang
sprays and some Dylusions for my background.

My title is a gorgeous free cut file
from Wilna Furstenberg and is so perfect
for my page.  I know the spelling
NQR for us but I had to have it.

The last couple of months I have discovered
how awesome pens can be in my Silhouette machine.
The black and white leaves were
drawn and cut with this.

 ♥
Not often I can get a nice photo of my baby.

Stuck?! sketch challenge.

I was lucky enough to receive
my D-Lish Scraps order this week.

In this gorgeous box of goodies is this months
Just Add Paper kit, Peach Cooler.

How awesome are these colours!

I decided to use the kit for this months
Stuck?! sketch.

I pulled out a blast from the past with this one.
A Heidi Swapp mask.  I teamed it with
some Magic Medium, colour spray and bloom spray.

In the kit was a gorgeous peach spot bag.
I've torn 2 strips from this and used it as the top
border on my page and added some
torn washi over this.
The bad was a bit orange against the sprays I used
so I painted some gesso over the top to
help it blend.

I love this beautiful heart frame.
It's backed with a 2 toned vellum.
I have used scrap dots to add some height to it.
I didn't want to lay it flat on my page and
loose the gorgeous look of the vellum.

I had 2 Old Fashioned Roses to use.
Am not a big fan of the green leaf bits
that come on a lot of paper flowers so have
pulled these off.
I wanted one of the roses to be smaller so I
have carefully peeled off the bottom layer of petals.

It's such a beautiful kit.

Delightful Little Tanner

Another page I had heaps
of fun with.

I love that this page started as just a boring
piece of white cardstock.

Some stamps and pens and awesome
D-Lish Scraps goodies and it's no
longer boring.

I love that there is no patterned paper
as such on here.

My photos have been matted on some
A perfect alternative to cutting up large
sheets of paper.

The Love Notes Flair I've popped
at the start of my title it totally gorgeous.

Again I've used some Journal It's, a Mixed Ticket Tab
and a Chalk Words.
This is the first time I've used Pinkfresh Studio
Enamel Brad Stickers and I'm totally in love.

I also popped on here a Pinkfresh Studio Veneer Heart
which I've coloured in one side blue to match
my page.

Some more Pinkfresh Studio Veneers, this time some
Triangles and an Arrow,  and Enamel
And of course another Journal It's.

You can see on the photos above and below, I took
some Journal It's Sweet Talkers to use like small
pieces of patterned paper.  I cut them in half and
slid pieces under each end to make it look like
2 long pieces of paper.
There's also a Jumbo Ticket and some cute

Hidden under my title is a gorgeous
This one coloured with gold.

Thanks so much for stopping by again.

My D-Lish share for May

I love this page.

  I love the paper.

I love the colours.

I love the photo.

And I especially love all the D-Lish Scraps goodies
that I've clustered here.

So many pretties on one small page.

In this little cluster I have started out with a Journal It Note Strip
and layered it with 1/2 a PVC doilie, a Skipping 5 Circle Phrase,
Chalk tab, a Cosmos Daisy and some

Another Journal It from the Chalk It
Tab pack.  I can't get enough of
these little Journal It's.

For this little cluster I have used some more Journal
It'sl.  This time I layered 4 different ones.  The Tab Bag
I cut the little heart bunting in half so that I
could use both ends here.  These can easily
be coloured to match any page or card.
I coloured mine gold to match the motex tape
that I've used to make a little banner.
Here you can see some more Cosmos Daisies,
large Resin RosesPetite Resin Roses and this

Sequins are such an in trend item at the moment.
I love scattering them on my pages.
These ones are here because I needed to hide
some black ink I smudged on my title.
A perfect solution to a little boo boo.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
I had so much fun making this page.

I'm a little bit excited!!

I am lucky enough to have been
chosen to be part of the Black
With Two design team for the next
6 months.

This first board that I get to share
is a gorgeous colour combo,
soft grey and dark slate.

Perfect colours for this photo of
little Tanner.

I was going to use my Prima stitched
stamps on this page and was wishing
there was a 12 inch one for my border.
After a quick play with my Silhouette
I made one!
Not quite as a shabby as the stamps
but very happy with the result.

You can also see on here that
I've used lots of D-Lish Scraps goodies - my
go to stash for everything.

 Hope you've enjoyed my first
share.  I'm looking forward to what's
to come for the next 6 months.

I can't wait to see everyone's
entries.
